Cloudberries for dessert
Panna cotta, or chocolate cake with cloudberry ice cream.
Arriving tonight without an order? Call, and Maj-Lis will see what she can do. Coming as a group? She will agree food and time with you in advance.

From the garden and the plateau
The lodge has its own kitchen garden. Cordial and syrup are made from birch, crowberry, fireweed and dandelion.
